Hi it is 11,10,11 our official 3 day in Bangkok! Today we took it easyier then yesterday, we only woke up at 8:30ish and left the hotel at 9:20. I have to say Manfred looks I bit goofy with those sandals and that shirt, not a good match but he is still cute!
We then made our way to Wat Arun a temple started by the 1st king of Thailand, but finished by the 2nd, who carved the face of the buddha in the temple! But first BREAKFAST!mmmm Thai soup (yes in the heat)
After breakfast we wonder around the Wat arun temple of dawn! With really steep stairs!!
So Wat arun temple is visited every year by the king, we were lucky enough to see the preparations for him, they really love there king here it seems like! We walked through the garden to the shine of the buddha there we paid our respects to buddha. There was a monk siting on a platform praying, when a group come in for a quick blessing, the monk decided to include Manfred and I in it as well!! Good blessings!
